Centrally located one bedroom apartment with private back yard in Center City. Everything is walkable from the front door--including the convention center just 12 minutes away. A great deal, tidy and cozy without the antiseptic hotel feeling.

1 Bedroom w/ double bed, office, living room with couch (sleep-able, but not a pull-out), private yard, A/C, dishwasher, WIFI. There is no television.

Stocked for cooking, steps to groceries and eating out. 2 minute walk to train/bus and plenty of taxis out the front door. Meter-free and garage parking within blocks--but leave your car at home and walk to any cultural attraction in 20 minutes or less. Safe and diverse neighborhood, close to shopping and all the city has to offer. You really can't get more central than this.

No pets or indoor smoking (yard okay).

The place is available when I'm traveling. There is a three day minimum.
