Boathouse and 4 Tropical Cottages

This property is a throwback in time,located on a serene historic river. The boathouse,a studio bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, is cantilevered over the river. Laze on the couch and watch manatees, ducks, iguana, egrets and turtles float by. With cozy porches, rustic furniture and island colors, the 1920's cottages are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The Boathouse also has a second floor which has 3 twins, great for older kids or a group of friends. It has a small bathroom and large kitchen. Each cottage has a bathroom and comfy bed. little river cottage has a double bed with mini kitchen. Georgia peach has a queen sized bed, lime tree has a queen. There is also a separate kitchen cottage "Red Rooster" that is available for use with a fridge and stove and oven plus a dining area. So if you are a large group that's the place to meet and eat.
The Boathouse has it's own kitchen, the property is complete with Wifi and lots of outdoor seating
You are staying in a wildlife sanctuary, yet the bustle of midtown Miami is only minutes away. If you need a refuge, this is the place for you. The Design District, Wynwood, art galleries and the fabulous upper Eastside restaurants are just a hop away. Easy street parking with a short drive to South Beach, Biscayne Bay or the ocean. Boathouse $95 a night for 1 or 2 persons
Boathouse plus top deck, family rate please inquire. $180 per night
Cottages $75 ea for 1 or 2 persons min 3 days

Additional Red Rooster cottage for cooking is extra as is houskeeping fee, please message for exact pricing.
