There is the large master bedroom with its master bath. The master bedroom, similar to the living room, has a great view of the bay and downtown Miami. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed. The master bedroom also has a comfortable lounge chair as well as a love seat sofa. The 2d bedroom is New York flat style, converted den area separated from living room by large bookcases.
There is a full service grocery store in the North Tower's first floor lobby area as you approach the lobby's side exit toward the pool area. Although there is internet access in the unit, you can also enjoy internet access in the seating area outside the grocery store in the North Tower first floor lobby. There is a large liquor store in the rear of the same floor lobby as you exit out the back toward the parking garage. A new cafe/restaurant has opened in the first floor of your South Tower where you are staying, and the Cafe opens up to the pool area for convenience, ambiance and views!
Internet access in the unit, plus 75 Cable Channels; 45 Digital Music Channels; and 3 Stations for Movies on Demand! Movies charged up to $20 will be deducted from security deposit. Any charges beyond $20 will require owner's prior authorization directly with the cable provider. Daily maid service is available through direct contracting with on-site independent contracting maid service companies.
